# How do I stop Shapes from calling me?

> Turn off Shape reach-outs from Settings.

Tap **Settings** in the bottom nav, then tap **Notifications & privacy**. Turn off **Shape reach-outs**. You can also change **Who can call me** on the same screen.

This stops Shapes from reaching out to you on their own. The call setting controls who can ring you.
