# Why don’t the premium credit redemption options reset on the Rewards page?

> Understand why premium credit rewards may be limited.

We design our free offerings to be generous **and** sustainable.

Shapes provides free chat on many available engines, and the Rewards shop may include credit packs when they are available.

Premium engines have real, ongoing provider costs. Because of this, free credit redemptions can be limited, may change over time, and may not reset like normal daily tasks.

If you need more premium usage, you can:

* Purchase additional credits directly on the Premium page
* Complete Rewards tasks and redeem credit packs when they are available
* Redeem or purchase Shapes gift cards

This approach allows us to keep a large portion of Shapes free for everyone, while ensuring the platform remains available long-term.
